Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Business Representative to develop and maintain our business in Southern China(Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and surrounding areas). You will be a vital bridge connecting us with top-tier scientific research clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Account Management: Be responsible for sales targets in the assigned territory, actively prospecting new clients and effectively maintaining existing customer relationships to achieve individual sales goals.

2. Specialized Solution Selling: Deeply understand client needs in areas such as animal models, nutrition, housing environment, and animal welfare, providing professional product solutions (e.g., genetically engineered animal models, special-formula diets, sterile bedding, environmental enrichment toys).

3. Customer Visits & Relationship Maintenance: Conduct regular professional visits to key accounts, establishing and maintaining strong long-term relationships.

4. Market Intelligence: Gather market trends, competitor information, and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction from order to delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin for seamless in-depth business communication with local clients. Strong English communication skills (CET-4 or equivalent and above) are required for handling emails, product documentation, and basic interactions with international teams or clients.

2. Industry Experience: Educational background in Life Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Biotechnology, or related fields. Prior sales or technical support experience in the laboratory animal, research reagents, or biopharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.

3. Location & Travel: Based in Guangzhou or Shenzhen, with willingness to undertake frequent travel within the Guangdong-Shenzhen region.

4. Personal Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Strong initiative, self-motivation, and a drive for results.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Hold a Laboratory Animal Practitioner License or similar certification.

· Knowledge of laboratory animal ethics and welfare (e.g., the 3Rs principles).

· Existing customer network within research institutions, universities, or biopharma companies in Guangzhou/Shenzhen.
